Karen leads a team that expertly places coverage including Property and CAT cover for Wind and Excess Flood, lines that demand thorough knowledge of Florida’s unique hurricane risks.
Karen’s been in the insurance business for more than 30 years. She spent a couple decades on the Retail side, including sales and sales management, and has been with Travis-Pedersen since 1983. Clients keep coming back to her because they know she’ll work hard to find creative solutions that work.
Karen graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas with a concentration on Marketing and Management. Karen and her husband spend their time enjoying each other’s company on Florida’s beautiful beaches.
